Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me, and I reserve that time just for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 30% service charge.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• After two last-minute cancellations or no-shows, a non-refundable deposit may be required to book future appointments.
